About Us

Arbuckles Eatery & Pub, located in a historic 1894 building, has been a beloved part of Stevens Point since 1991. Originally an eatery, it expanded to include a bar in 1999 and a smoke-free patio in 2009. Known for its famous Italian fries, specialty pizzas, and wide range of beers on tap, Arbuckles offers a welcoming atmosphere for all. There is no denying that Wisconsin is famous for having excellent brews. We celebrate the quality of beer crafting by offering a fun, challenging, and rewarding customer loyalty program called the “Marathon of Beers.” Family-owned-and-operated, it prides itself on excellent service and strong community ties. I've been going to Arbuckles for years. They've always had great food. Everything on the menu is good, but a couple of notes: The Italian Fries w/mozzarella (Cheese fries). You won't find anything like them anywhere else. Sure, places say they have cheese fries, but nothing nearly as good. If someone told me this place invented them, I'd believe it. The chicken strips. Cut & breaded in house, with a good variety of sauces to choose from, also made in house (The Nashville Hot is AMAZING) The fish fry is excellent. Everybody has a bit of difference in what they consider a good fish fry, but this one is definitely worth a try to see for yourself. (If you like clam chowder, it's arguably the best in town)
